The FSi pipe wrap range covers PipeBloc PWP, a pre-assembled wrap of PE sheathing over an intumescent insert, and PipeBloc EL, a self-adhesive intumescent wrap supplied on a 25 metre roll for use where the pipe diameter is not known in advance. Both are fitted around combustible pipes at wall and floor penetrations and expand under fire to close the aperture as the pipe softens.
- PipeBloc PWP gives up to 240 minutes fire resistance to BS EN 1366-3:2009, with UL EU approval UL-EU-01022-CPR, in pre-assembled sizes for 40mm to 160mm pipes
- PipeBloc EL gives up to 120 minutes to BS EN 1366-3:2009, with UL EU approval UL-EU-01023-CPR
- Both are CE and UKCA marked, halogen free, and free from asbestos, ceramic and mineral fibres
Suitable for HDPE, PE, PP and PVC pipework, and able to be mounted directly to coated batt seals.
