FSi PipeBloc PCP is a prefabricated fire resistant pipe collar built from a metal casing and an intumescent insert. In a fire the insert expands rapidly to crush and close the softening plastic pipe, reinstating the fire resistance of the wall or floor it passes through.
- Up to 240 minutes fire resistance when tested to BS EN 1366-3:2009
- UL EU approval UL-EU-00942, CE marked and UKCA marked
- Collars to suit pipes across a 55mm to 160mm range, with five fixing types tested (fixings are not supplied)
Halogen free and free from asbestos, ceramic and mineral fibres. The collar allows thermal and mechanical pipe movement, has been tested on angled pipes, and can be fixed directly to coated batt seals.
