Payment and delivery

Everything you need to know about ordering, paying and getting your materials to site.

Delivery

• Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same working day.
• Free delivery on UK mainland orders over £400 excluding VAT.
• Carriage on smaller orders is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and offshore addresses may carry a surcharge and a longer transit time. We will confirm before despatch.
• Pallet deliveries are kerbside. Please make sure someone is on site to receive and offload.
• While items listed on the site are assumed to be in stock, this cannot be guaranteed. We will contact you the same day if anything is delayed.

Pricing and VAT

All prices on this site are shown excluding VAT, as our customers are almost entirely trade. VAT at 20% is added at checkout, and applies to the delivery charge as well as the goods. Your invoice shows the net, the VAT and the gross separately.

Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is taken securely at checkout — we never see or store your card details.

Trade accounts

Buying regularly or in volume? Open a trade account for account pricing and consolidated invoicing. Get in touch with your company details and we will set you up.

Returns

• Faulty or damaged goods: notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will offer an exchange, refund or credit.
• All other returns are at our discretion, dealt with case by case, and subject to a 35% handling and restocking fee.
• We cannot take back liquids — coatings, adhesives, silicones and mastics — or specially made products in bespoke sizes or colours.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns due to over-ordering, leftover material or incorrect material or sizing being ordered. Please read the data sheet and confirm product and quantity before ordering.
