The FSi sealant and ablative coating range covers water based acrylic ablative sealants such as Pyrocoustic Sealant and Pyrocoustic Trowel Grade, together with brushable ablative coatings including PS Coating and Stopseal Coating. The sealants are used to reinstate fire resistance at linear construction joints, blank openings and single or multi-service penetrations in rigid floors and rigid or flexible walls, while the coatings are applied to uncoated stone wool board to build a coated batt seal on site.
- Pyrocoustic is tested to BS EN 1366-3:2009 and BS EN 1366-4:2006, with UL approval UL-EU-00500-CPR covering both penetration seals and linear joint seals
- PS Coating carries UL EU approval UL-EU 0517 and is CE and UKCA marked
- Non-hardening, tack free and air curing, with very low VOC content and good adhesion to common building substrates
