Description

The QuelStop sealant and ablative range covers the wet-applied end of Quelfire’s firestopping system, giving you a graded choice for linear joints, gap seals and service penetrations. QSS is a water-based intumescent acoustic acrylic for linear joints and gaps, QHPE is a high-expansion graphite mastic for tougher penetrations including plastic and metallic pipes, and QSC is a brush-applied ablative coating used to reinstate the QuelStop Fire Batt where it has been cut or damaged. All three are tested to the current European fire test standards and classified to EN 13501-2.
