Intumescent Pipe Collar (Envirograf)

A hinged, two-part metal pipe collar lined with intumescent material. A quick-release pin opens the unit so it can be fitted around a wide range of metal or plastic pipes and cables without breaking into the service.

The collar is surface-fixed or rebated into ceilings, floors and walls where services pass through. In a fire it crushes plastic and PVC pipe and cools metal, steel and copper pipework, keeping the compartment sealed.

• 1, 2 or 4 hours depending on collar depth
• Depths from 30mm to 150mm
• Suits pipes from 45mm to 650mm internal diameter
