Intumescent Block Grilles (Envirograf)

Non-clogging intumescent block grilles that give 90 per cent free ventilation area in normal use and seal completely in a fire. Each grille is built from metal plates clad in intumescent and covered in foil, with a wire mesh face.

When fire takes hold the intumescent expands to close the grille, preventing fire and smoke passing through the opening. They suit fire barrier walls, doors, duct openings and ventilation ducting.
