FS703 is a low modulus, neutral cure silicone sealant, suitable for linear gap sealing in order to reinstate the fire performance in compartment walls and floors. It has been tested for static linear joints and, used with FJ203 Fire Resistant Rope, for movement joints of up to 20 per cent, across masonry to masonry, rigid wall, rigid floor and flexible wall applications.
Typical uses include health facilities, schools, commercial buildings, hospitals, retail and industrial units, train stations and nuclear plants.
