Description

FrameFit low modulus spacer profiles are semi-rigid fillets used to bring the perimeter gap around a fire door back within the 2 to 4mm required at the sides and head. They are fitted to the frame with a self-adhesive backing and pins, and are used alongside the FrameFit high expansion intumescent and smoke seal to make up the tested system. Profiles are supplied white in 5.2 metre coils in 1.5mm, 3mm and 5mm thicknesses.

  • FD30 profiles are 44mm wide and FD60 profiles are 54mm wide
  • Order codes LM1.5/44, LM3/44, LM5/44 and LM1.5/54, LM3/54, LM5/54
  • Tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-1 and BS 476 Part 22
