Envirograf Product 38 is a complete system for upgrading flat and panelled doors to fire-rated doors, made up of intumescent cloth with a 1mm thick fireproof card face and contact adhesive. The method used depends on the door edge thickness, which must be at least 30mm, and the panel thickness, which must be 9mm or more.
- Achieves 30 or 60 minute fire doors; 44mm minimum door thickness is needed for 60 minutes
- Kits are supplied with white fire card or with oak, pine, ash, beech, cherry, sapele or gaboon veneer facings
- Finishes available in matt or satin, with Stabond and adhesive included in the kit
