FJ240 Spanatherm is a dense rock mineral fibre board core with an aluminium foil applied to two faces. It is a strong pre-engineered rock fibre movement joint fire seal with vertical fibre orientation, that allows movement accommodation at the same time as providing fire integrity, insulation and an effective smoke seal.
FJ240 is a cost effective and efficient product for compartment reinstatement at edge of slab, or vertically, to the external facade of the structure, and is suitable for both static and movement joints. It is a dry fit system that can be installed prior to cladding application.
